Configuration and Equipment
-The guesthouse is designed in a 1DK style, and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning for both heating and cooling.
- The living room features a TV with local channels, and the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed.
-Separate kitchen equipment: pots, frying pans, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, electric kettle, knives, cutting board, wok, stove, plates, mugs, glasses, tableware, chopsticks, dish soap
- The room has two 1-meter single beds, for a total of two single beds.
- Includes a private, complimentary parking space.
- Fiber optic Wi-Fi, suitable for work and multimedia entertainment.
Bathroom amenities: washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent and fabric softener, bathtub, toilet, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bath towels, toilet paper, hair dryer.

Precautions
- The guesthouse offers self-check-in and self-check-out. The room password will be sent to guests via WhatsApp group the day before check-in.
- Bed sheets will not be changed every night during your stay. Daily bed sheets will be changed at an extra charge and require prior reservation.
Cancellation terms
-Free changes or cancellations are allowed up to 21 days prior to check-in.
- If you cancel your booking less than 21 days prior to arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.
