Homestay Fees

Nightly rate: ¥13,000 (for 2 people). An additional ¥3,000 will be charged for each additional adult sharing the room.

-The guest room can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

-2 children will be counted as one adult.

- A cleaning service fee of ¥3,000 will be charged before each check-in (one-time fee).

- Minimum booking of 2 nights

- The above prices already include a 10% sales tax.

Configuration and Equipment

-The guesthouse has four (independent) rooms, each equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling).

-The room's terrace faces the sea and offers a 180° sunset view.

- The room has a separate kitchen and toilet.

- The room is equipped with one 1.5-meter double bed and one 1.2-meter single fold-down bed.

- Free parking: The guesthouse has a total of 8 parking spaces, with 1 space available free of charge per room.

- Fiber optic Wi-Fi, suitable for work and multimedia entertainment.

The laundry room is at the end of the corridor, and the washing machine and dryer are shared by four rooms.

- Equipment provided: Refrigerator, microwave oven, cooking utensils, hairdryer, air conditioner, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bath towels

Note: You will need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Reservation process

• Contact WhatsApp customer service for the latest appointment times and prices.

• WhatsApp customer service will give you an accurate quote.

• After confirmation, a group will be created to confirm the booking price and date.

• Pay deposit

• You will receive a self-check-in message before your arrival.

Precautions

- The guesthouse offers self-check-in and self-check-out. The room password will be sent to guests via WhatsApp group the day before check-in.

- Bed sheets will not be changed every night during your stay. Daily bed sheets will be changed at an extra charge and require prior reservation.

- If two people need two beds, please inform us in advance so we can make arrangements.

- Guests can enjoy fireworks on the beach, but the activity must end before 9 PM, and all trash must be taken away.

Cancellation terms

-Free changes or cancellations are allowed up to 21 days prior to check-in.

- If you cancel your booking less than 21 days prior to arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.
